Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, email or text us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, and details about your project or scope of work (SOW).
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the website that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from our partners. When a partner sends us a service request, we may receive job-site details and onsite contact information so we can complete the work.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Cavonet may send you messages about your requests, scheduling, job status, appointment reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at (email) or (phone). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
We use cookies to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which collect information about your visit and use it to provide us with reports. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
If we record or monitor a call, for example for quality or training, we will tell you at the start of the call.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
