VoIP systems FAQ
Questions, answered.
What should be ready before a VoIP cutover?
Device list and locations, network readiness including PoE and voice VLAN, a cutover window, and someone on your team who can make configuration changes live.
How do we avoid a messy cutover day?
Stage and test handsets before the cutover, confirm every port has power and the right VLAN, and have a simple rollback plan. Most cutover problems are network readiness, not the phones.
Do you support after-hours cutovers?
Yes, when scheduled ahead of time. After-hours work may carry a different rate.
Can you connect paging, door phones and fax lines?
Yes, following your design and the platform’s requirements.
What do you provide after the install?
A device list with locations, photos and notes on anything that needs follow-up.
